Eco-Trekking
Be an Eco-Tourist in the real sense of the word. No cars. No fancy hotels and restaurants. Challenge your body as you meet the environment of Belize.
HIKE ancient networks of trails right across Belize, from east to west. MOUNTAIN BIKE along abandoned logging trails and gravel roads from the northern lowlands down to the rainforest-clad mountains of the south. RAFT and PADDLE Belize from its rugged interior out to its stunning coral cayes and barrier reefs.
Or combine all three into a customized program designed specially for you!
Your contribution to conservation is simply visiting places where no one else goes. Visitation generates the income that finances rural conservation.
Review our sample itineraries for ideas:
As you travel, you will explore Belize's caves, Mayan ruins, jungles, rivers, coral reefs and uninhabited cayes. Most nights will be spent camping near water, or on small rural farms where you will meet people that make these trips possible. Nights where you can enjoy a hot shower and a bed can be arranged. We will transport your luggage, and provide guides, all equipment and three healthy, home cooked meals each day.
Costs range from about USD $100 to $125 per person per day in Belize, all-inclusive except airfare. The exact cost of your trip will depend on which activities you're interested in, what kind of accomodations you are looking for, and the size of your group.
